Elizabeth Cornell Awuku

Founder & Executive Director

Leads ESF with a passion for youth empowerment and inclusive education. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences and serves as a researcher at BSU International in Dortmund.

Christina Thompson Acquah

Operations Lead

Oversees logistics, systems, and multi-project coordination.She holds dual Master’s degrees in Mathematical Sciences and Applied Statistics, bringing analytical rigor and compassion to operational leadership.

Beeke Roswitha Awuku

Programs & Implementation Lead

Coordinates and tracks the impact of Early Smile Foundation projects, ensuring effective execution and meaningful community outcomes. She holds a degree in Biochemistry and currently pursuing a professional certificate in Project management.

Andy Peprah

Consultant

With a Brand Communication certificate and Master's in Mass Communication at Oklahoma State University, He supports youth-focused initiatives like ESF with expertise in brand and strategic communication.
